Joseph Lanzer brings a unique combination of experience across healthcare, finance, business operations, property and transactions. He has held senior leadership positions within healthcare and professional services organisations, including financial and operational roles responsible for national multi-site businesses, teams and growth initiatives.

Having worked extensively with healthcare businesses, investors and operators, Joseph understands the commercial, financial and operational factors that influence value and successful outcomes.

Prior to founding JCL Private, Joseph represented owners in the sale of healthcare businesses and private enterprises across Australia. His recent representations have included medical centres, GP clinics, allied health businesses, dental practices, specialist businesses, healthcare facilities and other private business transactions.

Joseph is known for his calm, considered approach and his ability to build trusted relationships with business owners, buyers and professional advisers. Rather than relying on high-pressure sales techniques, he focuses on commercial judgement, strategic negotiation and long-standing relationships to maximise value and achieve the best possible outcome for his clients.

Joseph holds a real estate license and is an active member of the Australian Institute of Business Brokers (AIBB).

In addition to his transaction experience, Joseph has a background in law and regularly lectures in law and ethics at VCE level. He remains committed to professionalism, integrity and ethical business practices throughout every engagement.
